Still paying holiday bills? Here’s some good news to start the new year. The Table Rock Homeowners Association board is pleased to announce that dues for 2015 will be $60, down from $75 in 2014.
Treasurer Lew Krueger reports that expenses in 2015 will be less than in years past because our neighborhood was annexed into the city. That removed the direct cost of street lighting and street light repairs, allowing the board to lower the rates.
Dues cover the cost of property management, water for the common area and other neighborhood expenses detailed in the treasurer’s report.
The dues, made payable to Table Rock Homeowners Association, are due by January 31, 2015. A $25 late fee will be added after that date. You can bring dues to the annual meeting or mail to TRHOA, P.O. Box 1871, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
