The Table Rock Homeowners Association board is pleased to announce that the annual HOA dues for 2016 will remain at $60.
Dues cover the cost of property management, water for the common area and other neighborhood expenses detailed in the treasurer’s report, which will be covered in the upcoming general HOA meeting on January 26.
