The Table Rock Homeowners Association board of directors (or an appointed architectural review committee) is responsible for reviewing proposed new construction and property enhancement plans. This review and approval process serves the neighborhood by helping to maintain the standards that make this community an attractive place to call home.
When to submit a proposal
Projects that require approval before you begin work include:
- New construction on an empty lot
- Adding a fence
- Adding an outbuilding
- Painting a house
- House remodel, such as building an addition, adding a basement, etc.
