Annual dues are collected to cover the cost of city-mandated irrigation backflow assembly testing (homeowners remain responsible for any necessary repairs); common area maintenance; weed control along neighborhood roadways; clearing snow from public sidewalks after heavier snowfalls; mailings; and other items that may come up from time to time.
The amount of these dues has ranged from around $60 to $140 and may be adjusted as needed by the association board. The dues for 2018 have been set at $100/year/lot. The deadline for payment is March 1. A $25 late fee applies to dues paid after the deadline. Additional fees may also accrue on unpaid accounts.
