The Table Rock Homeowners Association board announce that the annual HOA dues for 2024 will total $120.

Dues cover the cost of property management, water for the common area and other neighborhood expenses detailed in the treasurer’s report, which will be covered in the upcoming general HOA meeting.

The dues, made payable to Table Rock Homeowners Association, are due by January 31. A $25 late fee will be added after that date. You can mail dues to TRHOA, P.O. Box 1871, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
