When nearly everything seems to be costing more and more, the Table Rock HOA board is pleased to announce that dues for 2014 will be $75, down from $140 in 2013. A bill will be sent after the first of the year.
Treasurer Brad Rice reports that the neighborhood expenses in 2013 were less than budgeted, thanks mainly to street light repairs running considerably below their five-year average. This left a more-than-adequate cash reserve, allowing the board to lower rates.
The dues cover the cost of street lights, property management, water for the common area and other neighborhood expenses detailed in the treasurer’s report.
The dues, made payable to Table Rock Homeowners Association, are due by January 31, 2014. A $25 late fee will be added after that date. You can bring dues to the annual meeting or mail to TRHOA, P.O. Box 1871, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
